TCPIP labsphere connection error

When i try to connect to labsphere cs1100 product, there is always error. No matter i turn on their software or turn off.
I have the instrument contrl toolbox.
t = tcpip('localhost',4343);
fopen(t);
Error using clc
Too many input arguments.
Error in icinterface/fopen (line 83)
clc error(message('instrument:fopen:opfailed', errmsg));
