License Issue with Parallel Toolbox

I am trying to put our new parallel toolbox to work but I get the following error:
poolobj = parpool;
Starting parallel pool (parpool) using the 'local' profile ...
License checkout failed.
License Manager Error -5
Cannot find a license for Distrib_Computing_Toolbox.
