Here,I attached the code in the following files
otsu.m and main1.m
Undefined function 'imbinarize' for input arguments of type 'uint8'.
Error in ostu (line 43)
ostu_img = imbinarize(uint8(B),lev);
Error in main1 (line 54)
ostu_img = ostu(B);

Sounds like you do not have the Image Processing Toolbox.
