include imtool when compiling

I want to compile a program thats uses imtool, can I do that with deploytool? If not, any idea how I can? Thanks

Hi,
unfortunately the imtool is on the list of the tools that the compiler does not support, see
http://www.mathworks.com/products/compiler/supported/compiler_support.html
