what i need if it can possibile in matlab, to make a combination matrix 8x9 of this vectors like this

You are almost there. What is the problem? Just use:
K=[a1 b1 c1;
a1 b1 c2;
a1 b2 c1;
a1 b2 c2;
a2 b1 c1;
a2 b1 c2;
a2 b2 c1;
a2 b2 c2 ]
