After thresholding, I got a binary image. How can I combine the binary image with the original image? I would like to show the original image without background. Thanks.

Not sure what you want. Do you want the background to be pure black?

Please post your images showing what you have and what you want. I'm attaching some masking demos.

Hello ZHI,

I am understanding that you would like to remove the background from the image. There are some articles which you can read upon. I am attaching a good one here:

Also, I would recommend you to watch the following video (if you are using matlab)
