Ti c2000 16-bit ADC block using simulink

Hello, I have been facing a problem using the 16-bit differential ADC module that Texas Instruments c2000 offers in simulink. I tried the 12-bit single end and it works fine, but when I tried to input a sinsusoidal singal with 1Vpp and a frequency if 1Hz and I have used the oscilloscope to try and see the output using the DAC module I didn't get the same signal as the input. I am still new to these thing. here are some pictures of what I am doing
