How to let cellselectioncallback not executing unless the mouse is released in uitable?

I created a function for cellselectioncallback, which tend to execute whenever the selection data is changed..
however, the problem is this.
when i hold the mouse down and drag within the table, the callback function executes everytime when the selection area is changed.
I need the function only execute when the selection is well finished, that is, when the mouse is released.
how can i do this?
