If you're referring to this File Exchange submission, as the second and third paragraphs of the Overview section state:

"Opening the resnet50.mlpkginstall file from your operating system or from within MATLAB will initiate the installation process for the release you have.

This mlpkginstall file is functional for R2017b and beyond."

Double-click on the mlpkginstall file in Windows Explorer (if you're using Windows) or from within the Workspace component in the MATLAB Desktop (all platforms) and as long as you're using release R2017b or later it should install.

Thanks a lot for your kind support Dear Professor. I am using Matlab 2015.i think, it is not working due to this old version. Can I use any deep learning toolbox for Segmentation process in MATLAB 2015 version.

I faced the same issue but with Matlab 2020A. I could not find mlpkginstall and I tried MS coomand:

C:\Program Files\Polyspace\R2020a\bin\win64>install_productdata_Deep Learning Toolbox Model for ResNet-50 Network_5285432525614082259.exe -archives C:\Users\msi-pc\Downloads\MathWorks\SupportPackages\R2020a\archives\win64\

Unfortunatly, It also didn't work!

Any possible way to process this bug?

In MATLAB, try opening the Add-Ons Explorer (in the Home tab of the Toolstrip, see the Environment section.)

In the Add-Ons Explorer, search for "resnet-50".

Open the "Deep Learning Toolbox Model for ResNet-50 Network" page in the search results.

Click the Install button.

If that does not work, please contact Technical Support with details about any error or warning messages or dialog boxes you received when you tried to install this model.
