Hello, I have MATLAB R2019a and every time i open it, it becomes froozen for few minutes and then works. I receive this attached message after 5 minutes of starting.

MATLAB start problem.

Hello,

I have MATLAB R2019a and every time i open it, it will become froozen for few minutes and then works.

You might want to look at System Preferences on Mac to see if you have your internal firewall turned on.

This doesn't solve the problem for me.

Once I start up, it takes a few minutes before that message appears. Beforehand I cannot work or load anything (The buttons "NEW" and "OPEN" are grayed out.

It seems to be related to opening the Add-On Explorer. These messages started appearing after I opened it once.
