How can I fit multiple curves to one plot using machine learning?

Hello,

I have a curve which is a result of experimental data. I need to fit a couple of gaussian curves to this curve in a way that they are not completely fit but their peaks should fit to the main curve ( I attached the picture). Do you have any idea that how can I do this? Is it a good idea to use machine learning toolbox for this purpose?
