Generating Matrix from Channel spectra plotting.

I have used channel spectra and map option in EEGLab and plot graph in alpha frequency range. Figure has shown, but i want to store those range PSD values in matrix, how to do that??

this is the data of 14 channel and i want to store these values in the form of matrix.

Why don't you already have the data? Why retrieve it from the figure; surely there's a way to save the results in the app altho I do not have nor know anything about EEGLab seems hard to believe it cant save the results for you.
But, failing that, with the figure the one in focus,
hAx=gca; % get handle of current axis
X=hAx.XData;
Y=hAx.YData;

Ok. thank you for your reply. I will try to implement this, i have that data but that is in the range of 3-47 HZ and i want to distribute it in frequency bands.
