Hi, I need to copy my matlab figure to my report however i am not allowed to click on copy and resolution is disturbed when I saved figure then copy paste. What should I do?

From the figure window, select "Edit" from the menu bar and then select 'Copy figure'. The figure will then be on your clipboard so you can paste it into a document.
Not sure what quality you're looking for but often times using a screenshot program is a quick alternative.

I cannot click on I cannot copy paste because quality of image became very low

Apart from an external screenshot tool, you can also use the export_fig FEX submission.
