Create daq session for two vendors at the same time

Hey guys,
I am new to data acquisition using MATLAB, and my current project needs to sample sound from 3.5 mm jack and some force transducer from a NI daq board. Is it possible to create a daq session for two vendors (directsound and ni) at the same time?

Instead of creating a session for two vendors at a time, you can create a session for one device and then add a channel to that session using ‘addAnalogInputChannel’ or any of the add channel methods available.
