axis labels using geoscatter

Does anyone know how to change axis label size and font while using geoscatter? I'm plotting some lon and lat information using geoscatter. I've tried manually changing the font/fontsize when I have the matlab figure, but every time i save the image it reverts back to default size/font.

Try changing the axis label size and font through GeographicAxes Properties by using geoaxes function.
Latitude and Longitude axis FontSize can be changed by
gx = geoaxes;
gx.LongitudeLabel.FontSize = 24;
gx.LatitudeLabel.FontSize = 24;
