Hello, i am getting this error. Actually i am working on BRATS dataset for brain tumor segmentation. Firstly i make superpixels of each slice and for each superpixel i am calculating LBP features but at some superpixel or patch i am getting this error. kindly help me. sharing my code too.Image slice is 240 by 240
[L,N]=superpixels(imgSlice,400); %apply superpixel segmentation (SLIC Algorithm)
labelCounter=1;
for patch=1:N %N is the number of total superpixels/patches.
t = (L==patch);
if mean(t(:))>0.125
LBPfeatures=extractLBPFeatures(spixel);
