"Use a for loop to generate successive images that make peppers.png appear to be glowing green."
Is this one?
image_test=imread('peppers.png');
green_panel=image_test(:,:,2);
max_i=4; % Decide as per your requiremnets
for i=1:0.25:max_i
green_panel=1.5*image_test(:,:,2);
image_result=cat(3,image_test(:,:,1)./i,max_i*image_test(:,:,2),image_test(:,:,3)./i);
figure, imshow(image_result);
end
Use of imsharpen() function, and see the differences, you can easily incorporate this too.
