Can the data which Parrot Image Conversion generates be converted to signals which show locations and colors in each cells?

AND how can I calculate center of red pixels in the Image above?

Hello Yosuke,
You can certainly do that but you will have to design your algorithm accordingly. Unfortunately, I may not be able to tell you exactly what you can do for this but the documentation on the Computer Vision Toolbox for Simulink may be a very good starting point:
