Unable to create mex function 'breakpoint_test_sfun.mexw64' required for simulation.

I created a stateflow model that works fine, but when I add a breakpoint in stateflow, I am prompted with this error. I am so confused,
who can help me ? thank you very much.
I use matlab 2016b, grt.tlc.

Which directory are you cd() to?

hi ,directory as showm;
but my computer isn't administrator privileges, but is Domain Controller privileges
