I am working on my project. I am making a system from stroke patients.who will comunicate to people through hand gesture when a patient performs a gesture in front of camera. If a gesture matches the database, alert message send mobile app from matlab. Thats what they need? But I don't know how I send this msg on Android app from MATLAB code.

Are you asking for help only for sending the message? I suggest you read this page from the great Undocumented Matlab web site. It gives a very detailed explanation about sending email and text messages.
