I have created an exe that I am distributing out. It has worked on many other PCs but one person is having problems and gets an error I've never seen before.

I have just a screen shot of the error but it matches what was answered in this question (110328)

?_Init@locale@std@@CAPEAV_Locimp@12@_N@Z

I tried the solution in the question but it didn't work for me.

The MSVCP110.dll seems to have something to do with the Microsoft Visual C++ package. I want to reinstall the Visual C++ package on that computer, but don't know which one is needed for MCR 8.5? He is running Windows 7
