Extract element from table

Hey guys,

I am developing an interface. I have filled a table , but I need the user to select an element (using his mouse) and the selected element will be used later in other functions (obviously will be saved in a variable).

I've found online some codes, but they diddn't work.

So, any one can help ?

What have you tried? It's a good starting point to know what you've tried and exactly why it didn't work so we can either suggest alternatives or help with the existing attempts.
