How to make changes in the code for determining grain size using Matlab?

I found the code in the internet to determine average grain size from the website https://wiki.aalto.fi/display/GSMUM/Grain+size+measurement+using+Matlab
Can someone help me what are the parameters need to be changed in the code to suit for the image above.

Recommended use of grain size parameters Find the way to get the volume-weighted average grain size d as fit in your data case as explained in the documentation.
