function (x(t),y(t))=(cos(t)+cos(2*t),sin(2*t)).

(x(t),y(t)) is the part i dont understand how to write it in matlab

x=@(t)cos(t)+cos(2*t)
y=@(t)sin(2*t)
% you can use fplot()
help fplot
doc fplot
