multiple inputs add operation in matlab code replacement

Dear reader,
I am trying to make a code replacement table in MATLAB 2019 to replacement some math equations and functions in the generated C code.
Unfortunately, I have difficulty to code replacement for the ADD and SUB math function which contain more than two inputs. (for instance, an ADD with three inputs).
It would be appreciated if you could help me in this endeavor.
