Can we use code exported from regression learner to make standalone application using application compiler?

Hello All,
I would like to use the exported code from regression learner to make a standalone app using Application compiler so that it can be distributed to other people.Is this possible? I mean, I will be creating a standalone app with GUI using exported code from Regression learner.This app will be used in PCs where regression learner is not available. I am using R2018b.

I use Matlab2019-b and yes, you can create the application that will predict the output using the regression model which is in .mat format.
