Read specific data value

Dear all

i have a file with has 3 column. I have problem to read second column.The example of second is like below;

2006-03-08T12:00

I just need value 12 (five and six last digit)..How i can solve it?

i meant, if we see 4 last digit is 12:00..i just need to number 12..
