convert license from individual user to designated computer

I'd like to convert license number 1XXXXXX from individual user to designated computer. I didn't see an option to do that.

You will need to contact Mathworks Sales (or possibly Mathworks Support) for this. The volunteers who answer questions here do not have access to the license database.
