How do I add p file requirements manually ?

I have created AppDesigner app. Now I open the Compiler to create a standalone Application. I have a short list of 7 'Files required for your application to run' and 4 of them have little yellow '!' signs and an error message that says to add p files manually. Cannot find anywhere documentation on how to a) find what p files to add and b) how to add them. p files flagged include Utility.p, Webc... and previe ... [I can guess that the last two are Webcam.p and preview.p but it is annoying that i cannot even get a full message out of Matlab/]. thanks in advance for any links or tutorials on how to solve this problem.
