Question about plotting log responses

How can i plot an actual log file. For, example , i want to plot the log resopnse of compressional wave velocity with varying depth and i dont want to do it using a cross-plot. I want to display the log response in a panel.

Im not totally sure what you mean exactly, but you should look at functions semilogx, semilogy and loglog
