函数： f(p,k1,k2)=1/k1 (1-(1-p)^k1)*(1/k2 1-(1-p/(1-(1-p)^k1))^k2)
其中0<=p<=1，
k1,k2>0，但小于100000（考虑为有限数，一般k1>k2），
求其极值和极值点的近似解，考虑k1，k2为整数
