Simulink exponential sin function frequency.

Which blocks would I have to combine with the sine function block in order to get the input function of f(t)=2sin(2t*exp(-3t))? Using a sine function with a frequency of 2 will yeild the sin(2t) component, but I am lost on how to incorporate the e^-3t component into the frequency.
