Problem with displaying format

I tired for displaying Value of f and conclusion but it seem not working. here is my code:

fxx=diff(fx,x);
fyy=diff(fy,y);
fxy=diff(fx,y);

Error using horzcat Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent.
Any solution will be aprreciated.

there is problem in your last statement. It should looks something like this:
result=[num2cell(f_val) conclusion]
Is this what you are expecting?

When you use the following, then there is no error-
result=[num2cell(f_val) conclusion]
