Fail to implement .fis file in Simulink in real-time

Hi all,
I am working on a project which includes a supervisory fuzzy logic controller. The problem is the FLC designed through the Fuzzy Logic Designer cannot be implement in simulink. I import the .fis file both into Simulink for simulation and real-time experiment. The controller works properly in simulation but it won't work for real-time. If I look under the mask of the controller, it appears as empty between the input port and the output port instead of the rule base. Picture attached is the error I encountered and the proper fuzzy rule base under the mask.
Has anyone encountered similar issues before and any idea to solve it?
