Transfer argument using get function in Matlab GUI

amela('filename',[0:0.01:10]);
I like run amela function with arguments of filename and time.
Using GUI i got filename and time seperately as follows
handles.filename=get(handles.ffilename,'string'); output=filename
handles.time=get(handles.ttime,'string'); output=[0:0.01:10]
I like to know how to execute the amela('filename',[0:0.01:10]); in GUI code since i am getting arguments seperately.
