In the c2000 f28335, Base rate trigger use ? when i use this as timer 0, the model runs otherwise it says eror hgenerating binary output

i cannot see the realtime data. moreover i cannot see anything in host communication used by Matlab video and getting an error when i am using closed-loop in the external mode.
