How are two unconnected subsystem blocks in a Simulink file affected by each other?

I am running a simulink model designed through MATLAB function and it works fine. But when I only put another subsystem model in same simulink file and try to run the file then the output of 1st simulink model becomes quite different. Though both models are not connected at all.
