How to detect a ring shape object in the center of an Image

Hi,

I am an image in which the intensity of the pixels at the center of the image are higher than over all image.

I want to accurately detect that pixels and can draw a circle on it in matlab like the one shown below.

Kindly guide me how can i achieve this task in matlab.
