How to measure video quality

My english is not good :D
Hi everyone, I am doing video steganography project.
I want to compare video quality between two videos (AVI format), I read Mean Square Error(MSE) and Peak Signal to Noise Ratio(PSNR), but MSE and PSNR don't support for AVI format.
Please tell me any quality assessment techniques.
