GPU and matlab version

Hello,
I have been used "gpuArray (phantom)" in matlab 2015b. But when I change the matlab version to 2017b(because I working on deep learning) there is an error accur which is "The CUDA runtime failed to initialize correctly. This can occur with some older CUDA drivers". Moreover, any function that work on GPU does not work at this time. SO, what I do????
And I have install [1-GeForce Experience 3.2
2-NVIDIA Nsight HUD Launcher 2019.3 (cuda toolkit) 19.3
3- navida graphics geforce 920M 361.43"].
please answer me as soon as you can

Open a command window and navigate to "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI" and type "nvidia-smi" and tell us the output.
