Draw Arrows Instead Of Line With Plotv Command

Hello all
I was hoping someone could help the following problem.
I am trying to plot vectors using the plotv command which draws a vector from the origin - but instaed of a line i wanted an arrow to be drawn is this possbile?
For example i have the matrix f1 = [1 3;5 20]
plotv(f1,'-') gives me the following plot:-
As you can see i just have 2 x lines which represent my vector, howwever i wanted to replace these lines with arrows - can this be done?
Any help or sight will be appericated.
