2019b toolbox verification

in the 2019b version I do NOT see Simulink Verification and Validation toolbox. Is there another toolbox I should be looking for?

As of R2017b, the Simulink Verification and Validation™ product transitioned into Simulink Requirements™, Simulink Check™, and Simulink Coverage™.

As Walter already answered, the Simulink Verification and Validation product was split into three products.
The Simulink Verification and Validation license was, however, retained by the new Simulink Check product. This was done in order to support customers with older releases who still use the Simulink Verification and Validation product; they would simply need to buy Simulink Check to use the "SL V&V" features in older releases.
