NC file extraction of specific lat and long

Hi,
I am having trouble with having data that I downloaded from ERA5 ,I have unpacked the data(ncread) and seperated the the specific parameters i.e u and v component of wind , time and time ...I just want data of some specific coordinates.Please help me out with this!
