All current matlab releases are 64 bit and the support packages are for 64 bit unless they say otherwise.
Is the question whether the support package can be used with Windows 32 in R2014b, R2015a, and R2015b? Possibly so; the description does not say that it will not work.

The question that i already use NI-845x with matlab 64-bit and so i installed NI-845x I2C/SPI Interface Support Package but it seems 32-bit so i want to know if this true or not and if this 32-bit could this limit some features like changing logic levels from 3.3 to 1.8 ?
If it were only 32 bit then it would not run at all with 64 bit MATLAB, as MS Windows has no way for a 64 bit program to call a 32 bit library.
If you are able to get any value from the interface then you do not have a 32 vs 64 bit difficulty.
