Matlab 2019b keeps loading continuously

Hello,
Since I updated to the 2019b version of Matlab (for academic use), I have been having this problem, where when I start the program then attempt to run a scrip or open Simulink, it will just start loading and will basically not stop until I shut it down again. This does not always happen but it seems that the majority of times that I try to use Matlab it does.
I have already tried uninstalling and re installing and even tried with the 2019a version and again the same thing happened.
What can I do?
