USRP E312 image downloading

I am working with USRP E312, when i trying to dawnload the default image it give me an error as shown in the below picture
I tried to dawonload it through matlab code or from the toolbox setup. Also, I tried both insert the SD card ont he host or in the radio hardware

Hello Huyam,
Please try the following options and let us know:
  • Check the SD card is not write-protected
  • Try with a new SD card
  • Update SDcard reader drivers
