Try to reinstall support package keeping the following steps in mind:
  • Go to Add On manager and uninstall the support package, if it was previously installed.
  • Type in ‘sdruroot’ to find the location of the support package installers. Remove previous installer versions.
Following these steps, try to download and reinstall the support packages.Hope this helps!
