Weighted regression with quality code

I have x variable and y dependant variable. I plotted them in log-log graph but later found that there are some data which I can't trust more and can't remove either. I ended up coding them based on their quality, 4 best to 1 worst. How do I produce regression line and equation with the quality code on top of the equally weighted data? Help needed.
