Unable to execute openExample()

When I run the follow example openExample('comm_simrf/TopDownRFReceiverDesignExample') I get the below error. I need this example.
Error using findExample (line 35)
Example "TopDownRFReceiverDesignExample" not found in "C:\Program
Files\MATLAB\R2019a\examples\comm_simrf\examples.xml".
