how to plot in curve

i have value of x=[1 2 3 4 5 6 10] and y=[2 3 5 6 7 8 7]
i need to plot lik curve
my centre point will be zero and left side should be my x values and right sideshould be my y values
check out image lik that i need to plot.kindly help me

Hard way:
x=[1 2 3 4 5 6 10];
x=-x;
y=[2 3 5 6 7 8 7];
data=[x,y];
plot(-length(data)/2:1:(length(data)/2)-1,[x,y]);
set(gca, 'YTick', []);

You can change the x and y values, so that it appears the simmilar curve. The shape of the curve appears based on its data.

i had dataset of x sample and y sample i need to plot both in one graph that too in curve form left shld my x values and right shld my y values. finally my result shld join the values and it shld be in curve form
